Our Small Group Personal Training Class offers a supportive group atmosphere with the accountability to keep you on track!

Small Group Personal Training:

  • Classes are smaller and more individually focused than our typical classes.
  • New sessions begin on the first Tuesday of every month and each last 4 weeks.
  • Attend classes 1, 2, or 3 days per week.
  • Choose either Tuesdays and Thursdays (6:00am or 5:30pm), or Saturdays (9:00am).
  • Food log tracking.
  • Optional weight loss competition with prizes!
  • Save $20 when you sign up more than 5 days before your camp begins!
