Fitness and nutrition wasn't a part of my vocabulary until later in my life. It was a struggle for me to find the motivation to not only get to a gym but find a style of fitness I would want to make part of my lifestyle.
My first class at Workout1 was unlike anything I had ever tried before. I was out of shape but something about the way I felt after made me give it another try and soon I was hooked.
Not only the workouts that are actually fun yet challenging and always changing but the staff and community of amazing people. It soon became a part of my schedule and I thank my friend everyday for encouraging me to get up at 7am on a Saturday to try it.
