Teen Strength & Conditioning

Mondays and Fridays 3:30—4:15pm

 
  • Designed specifically for teens.
     
  • All fitness levels welcome and encouraged.
     
  • Recommended ages: 13—17.
     

This class will help participants develop strength, flexibility, endurance, and overall body awareness.

Both athletes an non–athletes will benefit from this confidence–building class.

10 classes: $150 or Drop–In: $20
