Each person's fitness journey is so different. The way individuals piece their fitness puzzle together can be so varied, but the result is so rewarding. In my case fitness has not always been easy, however Workout1 has changed that, I have not only been strengthened physically, but also mentally!
I was first introduced to Workout1 by a friend in October of 2015. After my first class I was hooked! The environment of Workout1 is what sparked my interest most, a place where people of all fitness levels could get just the workout they needed!
What I love most about fitness is the stress release it provides. The human body was designed to move. For me, assisting individuals in finding what works best for them to become dedicated and to make lifestyle changes is what matters most.
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science from Eastern Michigan University. I am also a Certified Personal Trainer through The American College of Sports Medicine.
