Health and fitness are one of the most important parts of my life! I have an inner passion and drive to challenge myself through exercise.

Over the course of my adult life, I have explored a variety of fitness styles, including weightlifting, yoga, running and CrossFit. A couple of years ago it was recommended to me to try Workout1 and I fell in love! Since then, I have become part of this amazing community of people and have also become a class instructor.

Now, I am a certified personal trainer through The National Academy of Sports Medicine. My fitness methodology emphasizes nutrition, cardio performance, resistance training, flexibility training, and variation—all with the underlying goal of achieving confidence and strength.
